There is actually a genuine Pendragon Castle, home of Uther Pendragon , Arthurs father which nestles in the Cumbrian hills. Theres the awe inspiring Long Meg stone circle & Castle Rigg stone circle in the Lakes where Merlin would have practiced his craft. Richmond Castle which is said to be where Arthur and his men now lye waiting till they are called to arms once again . Bassenthwaite said to be home now of Excalibur ! Plus much, much more..
