Our 2 hour tour of Weardale , Derwent Reservoir & Hexham is a beautiful new tour for 2011. Really out in the wilds for a lot of the time and going almost full circle around the beautiful Derwent reservoir.
Heading up Weardale through Stanhope we take the road across the moor to Blanchhland past Slayley forest to Hexham.
Riding through the town we head briefly onto the A68 before coming almost full circle around the beautiful Derwent reservoir as we take the road through Edmondbyers and down Crawleyside bank before coming through Stanhope & Wolsingham.
This is Fabulous tour, lots to see as well as miles of peaceful open moorland with panoramic views. |
