| Our Fantastic 5 hour dales tour starts from Bradley Burn Farm shop & restaraunt off the A68 just outside Wolsingham & 20 min's from Durham City. Once onboard we are heading up into picturesque Weardale, through Stanhope and then over the highest road in the UK to Upper Teesdale. Then on through the picturesque market town of Middleton-in-Teesdale and from then on onto one of the best biking roads in the area, past Selset and into Cumbria . We ride through Brough, past the castle before coming to Kirby Stephen and down to Pendragon Castle. From here we head toward Sedburgh over the moor then along one of the prettiest roads in Cumbria. We are now in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, infact to be exact, Wensleydale and heading for the quainte little town of Hawes. On arrival we take a 30 minute break at the centre of the town right outside the fish & chip shop, pub and the cafe where all the bikers congregate on a weekend. So after a bite to eat or a cuppa we resume our tour through beautiful Wensleydale along the meandeing country roads taking in outstanding scenery over Aysgarth falls until we come to Bolton Castle, perched high upon the hill. A quick stop for a few pictures and were back in the saddle again heading over the tops of the dales until we come down onto Swaledale and the picture postcard village of Reeth. From here we head high over the moors with panoramic views towards the market town of Barnard Castle and Co Durham. Finally its back through the corner of Teesdale and home. This is an absolutly amazing tour, taking in 3 counties with outstanding scenery around every corner plus some of the best biking roads in the country. Duration of tour apx, 5 hours.
